We want you to love your Frances Valentine pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After confirming your return, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included before securely sealing the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location. Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
